Print servers running Windows Server can have a large number of network printers connected. With a large number of devices, the Windows print queue may freeze so that removing the print job from the queue or “soft” cleaning the entire print queue from the “Print Management > Printers > Open Print Queue > Cancel all documents” console doesn’t help.
